In 1996, she graduated from the Faculty of Composition and Musicology of the Vano Sarajishvili Tbilisi State Conservatory.
In 2004, she defended his dissertation on the topic: “Neumic writing and the system of neumirs in the Georgian practice of worship (on the example of manuscripts of the 10th-11th and 18th centuries)” and was awarded the degree of Candidate of Arts.
In 1996-2005, she was a researcher-collaborator in the direction of music theory of the State Conservatory named after Vano Sarajishvili in Tbilisi, in 2000-2005 she was a teacher in the same direction; Since 2005, she has been an associate professor of music theory at Vano Sarajishvili Tbilisi State Conservatory; In 2005-2008, she worked as a coordinator of the educational-scientific department of the State Conservatory named after Vano Sarajishvili in Tbilisi; In 2010-2014, she was the learned secretary of the Dissertation Council of Vano Sarajishvili Tbilisi State Conservatory.
