On May 25th of 2022, a memorandum was signed between the Pontifical Institute of Sacred Music and the Giorgi Mtatsmindeli University of Chant.
The both institutes are of university level and both extend fundamental and general musical education to the specialized direction of sacred music. The institutions will cooperate in organizing specialized training courses: seminars, concerts, master classes, conferences, teachings.
Joint scientific-research projects will be implemented, and the mobility of academic staff will be planned within the framework of the short-term exchange program.
