She studied at the Vano Sarajishvili Tbilisi State Conservatory at the faculty of composition and musicology, in the direction of ethnomusicology. In 2014, she defended his doctoral thesis on “Georgian wedding music – issues of style and genre”. Since 2016, Elis A. of the Church Singing School named after Giorgi Mtatsmindeli. Head of the Martin Women’s Creative Workshop, associate professor at the same institution since 2018. Since 2015, she has been a specialist and a teacher of the Georgian folk music creativity laboratory of the Tbilisi State Conservatory, since 2012 she has been the coordinator of the archive of the Georgian Folklore Center.
