be based on his completed dissertation, and six articles in various journals. Graham has lectured at Princeton University, Yale University, and Javakhishvili State University, and has given over 50 lectures on Georgian chant at conferences around the world(Finland, Italy, France, Georgia, Armenia, the United States),including several invited talks such as at the University of Chicago, Wesleyan University, Columbia University, and the Library of Congress.
Graham teaches Georgian folk music and dance and has directed three choirs focused on Georgian folklore in the United States between 2002-2016. In Georgia, he has been a member of the Aghavali Ensemble since 2009. Graham has also organized and managed six international tours for Georgian choirs to the United States, France, and Italy (2005-2016), and brings academic tourists to Georgia for specialized introductions to Georgian culture, cuisine, and history. In Sept. 2016, Graham was selected for the prestigious award, “Most Outstanding International Scholar of Georgian Studies” by the State Rustaveli Foundation of Science in Tbilisi, Georgia.
