The University of Chant is participating in the University Book Festival this year for the first time (23-24 April). On the opening day of the festival, the University of Chant made presentations of audio disks as a scientific product, reflecting the results of ethnomusicological research; CDs and printed editions.
At the event, project manager of the university, Nino Razmadze, spoke about the diverse publications of the university. The guests also were acquainted with Aleko Gelashvili, the author of one of the publications – ,,Ancient Visual Sources of Dance (Archeo-Choreography of Georgia)’’. During the presentation, women’s and men’s choirs of the university performed samples of Georgian traditional music (Heads: Ana Lolashvili, Sergo Urushadze). There were presented the following editions of the University of Chant at the University Book Festival:
